About the team
TEAM EPIC, a mixed team of predominantly Leighton Buzzard Hockey Club players, selected from players participating in the Youth Performance Training Program, their coaches, and a few guest coaches.
The team was established to create an extra level in the player development pathways for the young players at the club, providing further chances to experience senior hockey. The initial selection of the team came mainly from the upper ages of YPTP, 16 and above. Its first outing was in the 2024 Milton Keynes Summer League, development division.
